His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia sent greetings to the participants in the meeting of the Inter-Orthodox Preparatory Commission’s meeting that took place in Chambesy, near Geneva, on 22-26 February 2011. The text is given below.

Respected representatives of the Local Orthodox Churches!

I wholeheartedly greet you all who have gathered at the regular session of the Inter-Orthodox Preparatory Commission.

I hope that its work aimed at consolidation of Orthodox unity will be held in the spirit of peace, agreement, and fraternal cooperation. May God’s grace guide you as you take decisions on the issues important for the life of the Church of Christ. I prayerfully wish you success in your work done to the glory of God.
